Teachers on playground duty respond to minor behaviour incidents by conferencing with the students involved.
Playground incidents are recorded in the playground books, which are regularly reviewed by the appropriate Assistant Principal.
Students who display inappropriate behaviour will be given time to discuss their behaviour, with the appropriate Assistant Principal/Deputy Principal, during reflection time.
A ‘Reflection Sheet' will be sent home with the student as a point of reference for discussion with their parents or caregivers. The form must be signed by a parent or caregiver and returned to the Assistant Principal/Deputy Principal the following day.
